As an ordained minister who has both officiated and coordinated countless ceremonies, I know exactly what it takes to make your main event seamless, romantic, and stress-free.
What’s Included:
Up to 4 hours of ceremony creation: We will work together to craft a ceremony flow that feels authentically you.
Rehearsal direction: I’ll run your rehearsal so your wedding party knows exactly when to walk, where to stand, and how to look great doing it.
Day-of ceremony setup & coordination: From pinning on boutonnieres to queuing the music and getting you down the aisle, I’ll manage all the moving parts so you can just focus on each other.
You’ve done the heavy lifting, booked your dream vendors, and picked out the decor—now it's time to actually enjoy it! This package is perfect for the couple who wants to hand over the logistics in the final weeks so they can breathe easy. Drawing on my 20+ years of event experience, I’ll step in to tie up loose ends, organize your vendors, and build a bulletproof timeline that keeps your day running beautifully.
What’s Included:
Everything in the Ceremony Package (Ceremony creation, rehearsal direction, and setup).
Timeline creation & vendor management: Starting 4–6 weeks before the wedding, I become the main point of contact for your vendors, aligning everyone to one master schedule.
Reception timeline coordination: I’ll work closely with your DJ/band, caterer, and photographer to ensure events (like grand entrances, speeches, and first dances) flow seamlessly.
Up to 8 hours of day-of management: I’ll be on-site to oversee reception setup, keep the evening on schedule, and handle any behind-the-scenes hiccups.
